How to manually delete cookie files in Internet Explorer 7 (IE7)

  1. Start your Internet Explorer 7 browser, and then click Tools, and then Internet Options*
  2. On the General tab, click Delete Cookies in the Internet Properties dialog box, under Temporary Internet Files.
  3. In the Delete Files dialog box, click Delete Cookies.
  4. In the Delete Cookies dialog box, click Yes.

How to manually delete cookie files in Internet Explorer 6 (IE6)

  1. Start your Internet Explorer 6 browser, and then click Tools, and then Internet Options*
  2. On the General tab, click Delete under Browsing History in the Internet Properties dialog box.
  3. In the Delete Browsing History dialog box, click Delete Cookies.
  4. In the Delete Cookies dialog box, click to select the Delete all offline content check box, and then click OK.

How to manually delete cookie files in Mozilla Firefox

  1. Start your Mozilla Firefox browser, and then click Tools, and then Options
  2. Select the Privacy icon in the left-hand panel. Click on Cookies, and then click on View Cookies
  3. To remove a single cookie click on the entry in the list and click on the remove Cookie button.
  4. To remove all cookies click on the Remove All Cookies button.

Note: You can access the IE Internet Properties dialog box alternatively in Windows by closing IE, and then clicking Start, then Run, then type inetcpl.cpl, and then press ENTER.
