 How do I clear cache settings (temporary internet files) in Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox?

Internet Explorer Users:

Mozilla Firefox Users:

  1. With the Internet Explorer browser opened, click on the Tools menu then click on Internet Options.
  2. If it is not already selected, select the General tab.
  3. Under Temporary Internet Files, click on the Delete files button.
  4. Once the files are deleted, click on the Settings button.
  5. When the Settings menu appears, under the option of Check for newer versions of stored pages, click on Every visit to the page. Click on the OK buttons until you have returned to Internet Explorer.
