If you are attempting to visit your website and it is not coming up in your browser, it is likely due to a spyware bar that has been added to your browser.
The problem is most likely your browser. When selecting the 'Site Type' option on the sign-up form, the form may reload and call a javascript function so you may then select any affiliated 'parent' Web site. The error is usually caused by your browser settings and known as being 'hung' on the javascript function.

To correct the problem you need to check your settings by opening your browser, click the Tools menu, then click Internet Options. Then go to the Advanced tab. Under Microsoft VM, make sure you have the 'JIT compiler for VM enabled'. Then go to the Security tab, set your security level to Medium, then click the Custom Level button. Under Microsoft VM, make sure that your Java permissions are NOT DISABLED (an acceptable one is High Safety). Then scroll down to Scripting and make sure that all are Enabled.

Another alternative would be to reinstall your browser with a 'Typical' installation. Write to our Support department if these steps do not correct the problem and we will help you troubleshoot.
